All content, custom artwork, mascot designs, illuminated optical frame engineering, translit compositions, acrylic fridge magnet designs, logos, graphics, and slogan typography ("Soch Mat Bas Le Le") are the exclusive intellectual property of Aswhole Ideas and protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or products without express written permission by us.

3. Products, Specifications & Accuracy

Certain products, such as our 50 Translit LED Backlit Wall Lamps and 86 High-Gloss Acrylic Fridge Magnets, are handcrafted with precise tolerances (e.g., 4.5 x 3 inches acrylic magnets, A4/A3 wall lamps with 12V adapters). We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, lighting gradients, and dimensions of our products in all lifestyle environments.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Multi-Currency Processing

Prices for our products are displayed and payable in Indian Rupees (INR ₹), Canadian Dollars (CAD $), US Dollars (USD $), and other supported currencies. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or collection without liability.

5. Dispatch, Shipping & Fulfillment

For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Special custom studio orders take up to 10 business days for fabrication and calibration.

Estimated delivery time is typically 6-8 working days via insured courier partners with live tracking dispatched directly to your registered email and WhatsApp.

6. 7-Day Exchange & Return Policy

We adopt a strict 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Products eligible for exchange must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned with the invoice and all original packaging. Specially customized or personalized orders and clearance sale items are non-exchangeable except in cases of verified transit damage.

7. User Accounts & Security

If you create an account on our Collector Hub, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

In no case shall Aswhole Ideas, our directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any product or service procured from this site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union Territory of Delhi, India.
